COMMENTS: This is really good and SO easy!
1 | cup | long grain rice |
1 | 4 oz. can | sliced mushrooms (do not drain) |
1 | can | Campbell's French onion soup |
1 | can | sliced water chestnuts, drained |
2/3 | stick | butter |
Mix all ingredients. Top with extra butter pats and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
